After completing the smarter thinking profile you will not receive any further communications from us. Instead your demographic information and scores completed within the profile will be stored within our database.
If you wish to access, erase or port your data you will need to provide us with your age, job, and ethnicity (so that we can identify your data) via email to Smarterthinkingproj@icloud.com.
Where do we keep personal data?
We digitally store our data in our content management system (CMS), which is located on servers in the UK and Europe. Backup copies of our CMS are securely stored on secure cloud servers managed by Google and Microsoft. We may also have copies of demographic and profile data on computers located in our offices.
For security, both our website, content management system and data processing have security technologies, including a two-factor authentication and measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, loss or publication, these technologies and measures are periodically reviewed and updated if necessary. You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium for communication and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us (or we send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
