We offer Smarter Thinking across a range of programme types:
Smarter Thinking provides the thought framework that allows you to be more constructive with yourself. It encourages positive self-reflection through a philosophy that is essentially humane. Our registered sport and exercise psychologists provide performance coaching, group sessions and wellbeing programmes.
By enabling you to identify, dispute and replace irrational beliefs with rational ones, it leads to greater wellbeing and a more constructive approach to those events that draw so much of our focus at work. In doing so you are able to perform better and achieve more.
Performance coaching
We can work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you learn and utilise Smarter Thinking for your performance. This can take place in person, or using Skype video calling.
Group Sessions
We can work with your team at a group level to provide stress and emotion management training, using Smarter Thinking. We can come and work with your team at your place of work, or we can run workshops at team away-days and CPD events.
Wellbeing programmes
We can develop and deliver workplace wellbeing programmes that integrate systemic individual and group level Smarter Thinking. This incorporates employee-facing initiatives (workshops, one-to-one coaching), as well as strategic solutions to help your organisation develop a Smarter Thinking culture.
